How do I return an item?

Return Policy:

At Gator Chef, our goal is better customer service, cheaper prices, and the fastest delivery. Therefore, our return policy is optimized to give you the best customer service within the fastest timeframe. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return or exchange an item please follow the following three steps for fastest processing:

1)            Call us at 888-944-2867 (Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm CST)

2)            We will provide you with a return authorization number

3)            Send the product back to us at Gator Chef HQ

4)            We will issue you a credit according to our return policy listed below

 
Smallware Items
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on smallwares within 14 days of delivery. There will be no restocking fee as long as the item is new & unused. Once we recieve the item, we will promptly issue you a refund less shipping & handling.
 

Restaurant Equipment

We are happy to return or exchange restaurant equipment items within 14 days of delivery. There will be a 15% restocking fee on any new & unused restaurant equipment item. Restaurant equipment that is open or used is returned only with Gator Chef approval and with a restocking fee in excess of 15%. Special approval is needed to return special orders. If the restaurant equipment is opened or used please call us at 888-944-2867.
