The Wells HDCB Series Gas Countertop Heavy Duty Gas Radiant Char Broilers are designed for use with either natural or LP gas. Char Broilers are factory configured for natural gas and are field convertible to LP gas.

Cooking surface: 33" wide x 21-5/8" deep
Cast iron burners with faster heat-up and immediate turn-down.
120,000 BTU, field convertible to LP gas.
Reversible cast iron grates for flat or sloped use.
Heavy duty cast iron radiants for even heat and reduced flare ups.
300 series stainless steel housing with removable front panel to provide easy access to components.
Removable drip pan and burners provides easy clean-up.
Each burner has an adjustable air shutter to control primary air and provide optimum combustion.
Each burner has ON/OFF control valves that provide infinite heat adjustment.
Includes heavy duty 4” steel legs.
Includes LP gas conversion kit.
Meets ANSI Z83 and NSF International standards.
NSF, CSA approved.
