Details:

The Proctor Silex model PSC55000 is a high-performance commercial blender for both beverage and culinary applications. It has a powerful 2.4 peak hp motor that produces superior blending results when using it for bar drinks, salsa, dressing and more. It's controls features paddle type switches, a variable speed dial, pulse, (4) built-in pre-set timers so an operator can walk-away and do other tasks while blending. In addition, it has durable stainless steel blades and an all-metal drive coupling with sealed bearings. The container jar holds 64 ounces of liquid, is made from break-resistant polycarbonate plastic and has a removable filler-cap to add ingredients while blending. The Proctor Silex PSC55000 commercial blender is cETLus certified for electrical safety and NSF certified for use in food service applications.
