Simple in design, the Spaceman 6236H uses a 208-230 Vac electrical connection producing up to 40 quarts per hour roughly equivalent to 321 small servings every hour. The 6236H has a hopper agitator which will automatically stir the product in the hopper throughout the day, saving operator time and ensuring an even cool consistent product. In addition, this model also comes standard with a digital control board with digital temperature display, low mix indicator, and stand-by mode to help the operator change flavors, adjust servings, or modify settings with ease. This soft serve machine can be used to produce a variety of products including soft serve ice cream, frozen yogurt, custards, and sorbets. It is approved for dairy and non-dairy products.
