The 6378H-3-PHASE is a floor standing model that has swivel casters with locking brakes. It uses a 3-Phase 208-230 VAC electrical connection producing up to 78 quarts per hour roughly equivalent to 620 small servings every hour. The 6378H-3-PHASE has hopper agitators which will automatically stir the product in each hopper throughout the day, saving operator time and ensuring an even cool consistent product. In addition, this model also comes standard with individual digital controls for each hopper that have digital temperature displays, low mix indicators and dispensing counters. The 6378H-3-PHASE also has a standby mode to maintain product temperatures in the hoppers and freezing cylinders during lows in operating the machine. This soft serve machine can be used to produce a variety of products including soft serve ice cream, frozen yogurt, custards, and sorbets. It is approved for dairy and non-dairy products.

Notes: The unit is a gravity feed machine it does not have pumps. The product will flow from the refrigerated product holding hoppers down into the freezing cylinders by gravity and typically has a lower product overrun yield than a machine with a pumps.
