Electric 900 Watt Water Pan - Buffet Chafer Open Flame Sterno Replacment - Winco (EWP-2)

Details:

This Winco EWP-2 electric water pan is designed to fit into a full size buffet chafer stand to heat up the water instead of chafer fuel cans with open flames. The EWP-2 is rated at 900 Watts and uses a standard 3-prong 120 volt plug. It has an adjustable temperature control and power indicator pilot light. Even though the Winco EWP-2 electric water pan is usually used by placing it into a chafer stand it has four anti-skid feet allowing it to be used "stand-alone" by placing it directly on to a counter or worktop surface. The dimensions of the EWP-2 electric water pan are 22-5/8" Long x 13-5/8" Wide x 7" High and it is recommended to use hotel and steam table pans that are no deeper than 4" inches with it. The EPW-2 electric water pan uses wet heat for keeping food products warm, water is poured directly into it's sealed well. Always be cautious not to overfill the well with water and never submerge the unit itself in water, it is not waterproof. This electric water pan is UL listed for electrical safety.

Note: Food pans are not included with the EWP-2 they are sold separately. In addition this electric water pan is only for holding already cooked and heated food products at food safe HACCP temperatures. It does not cook raw food or rethermalize chilled food products.
