Gator Chef’s goal is to provide you the best possible service, including when you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase.



If you are not 100% satisfied with you purchase just call our Customer Service at (888) 944-2867 Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST. You may return the merchandise within 15 days from the date of shipment in accordance with the following:

Return Merchandise Guidelines and Procedures:

  • Excluding defective merchandise - all return merchandise must be returned unused, complete with original packaging, instructions, accessories, in working order, and in resalable condition.

  • Merchandise return claims are valid up to 15 days from the date of shipment, except for replacement parts. Replacement part return claims are valid up to 30 days from the date of the shipment.

  • All return merchandise must be accompanied by an RA (Return Authorization Number) given to the buyer prior to sending back the merchandise – Call Customer Service at (888) 944-2867 Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), they will provide you the buyer with an RA. Returned merchandise cannot be accepted without an RA number, and no credit will be given for merchandise that has not been given an RA number through our Customer Service department.

  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs of returned merchandise, except for defective products.

  • There is no restocking fee for all returned merchandise classified as non-equipment, a 25% restocking fee for all returned merchandise classified as equipment, and a 25% restocking fee for replacement parts - Call Customer Service at (888) 944-2867 Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST to verify the classification of the merchandise and any applicable restocking fees.

  • Returns of custom-built products, cut-to-order merchandise, closeout, clearance, or used equipment items are not accepted.

  • Credit for returned merchandise will be issued once the items are received at Gator Chef’s facility and verified to comply with our Returned Merchandise Guideline and Procedures. It typically takes between 5-7 business days upon receipt of the merchandise for a buyer credit. Buyer credit will be issued in the form of the original payment method.
